If you go to this page, the claim that there are 17 fucks in the song also happens to be the 17th citation on this page thus having the number 17 at the end of the claim.
This is likey a coincidence but the humor this person sees is in the fact that these numbers are the same

This is one of the things that I can watch on a sad day to immediately be cheered up — specifically the moment when the radio presenter gets flustered and shuts them off when they start swearing.
