It is not grammar/whatever. They are two very different countries, it is like confusing Britain and France because you think all Europeans are the same.
In Saudi Arabia you can’t be legally married before 18, so that’s effectively the age of consent.
Saudi Arabia wouldn’t dare do anything to Trump when it hosts and is surrounded with US bases and troops.
Qatar is not Saudi Arabia, in fact there was a huge feud and blockade between the two not too long ago. Do you think all Arabs are the same? They even speak different dialects with different phonologies.

The US doesn’t really care about journalists, they killed them in Iraq and Afghanistan, and their weapons have killed 215 journalists so far in Palestine. It was always about extracting tributes and concessions from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia just doesn’t want to be turned into another Iraq or Libya or Syria or Palestine or any country that got on the bad side of the US. The US is known to hold a grudge, just look at the 67-year embargo on Cuba.
