a Twitter thread:
first tweet: caption Classroom of 2020, with a picture of spider-Gwen
second tweet(the profile of Spider-punk): LETS GOOOO
third tweet(the profile of Miles Morales): You are too old for her
fourth tweet(the profile of Pavitr Prabhakar, spider-man India): He’s gay
Fifth tweet(the profile of Miles Morales):he’s 25 and she’s 16
sixth tweet(the profile of Spider-Man Noir): He’s gay
seventh tweet(the profile of Miles Morales):he’s older than her and why are insulting him
eighth tweet(the profile of Miguel O’Hara/Spider-Man 2099): He is literally homosexual
knowing the context that the person who said “lets go” is gay (as in homosexual, not insult), finally made me understand the whole thread.
edit to add: ooh I didn’t know what is this community, I just browse the locals feed. hi guys don’t mind me I’m just passing.
Why does the community matter? The sidebar says onehundredninetysix doesn’t have a theme and just kind of posts whatever. Have I been missing meaning this whole time?
oh mb, I was only quick skimming the sidebar, didn’t realize there’s a paragraph that says no theme and directly compares to 196 im terms of vibe (for the lack of proper wording).
I thought this community was about specific niche like tv shows, judging by the name “onehundredninetysix” looks like tv show name, but I just realize is just 196 😭
And thats why I thought the cartoon artworks on the profile pictures of the post are the show’s characters 🤣 but I’m pretty much clueless about what’s going on.
