But then some PM decorated all the knowledge base page titles in our Confluence to have a icon in the front to visually group the goal. And that’s when I learned how valuable a good emoji can be.

Helps to convey emotions and feelings in regular text and helps to clarify things in more formal texts.
A decade ago, I was annoyed by emojis. Hate that shit.
