Although as I wrote that I realized theirs 2 different meanings. I, and i believe the original comment, are talking raw power. As in all the military power combined. Which there’s no one that comes close.

The power the US has for raw destruction is scary and needs to be addressed very seriously. I mean they’re still doing stupid stuff like dropping planes in the ocean and revealing bombing plans through Signal, but it’s important to remember that a group of children literally hold nuclear codes.
